We cut down our own tree the weekend after Thanksgiving and got the house decked.
We enjoyed a lot of activities this year and kicked off the season with a movie showing at the Cinerama for White Christmas! Santa’s Supper at Rainier Club is always enjoyable as well. When we had some flooding in the garage, we took advantage of the moment and spent the night at the Fairmont and the next morning went to the Teddy Bear Suite. The next night, we drove to Elbe for the Polar Express (an annual favorite!) and stayed at the Hobo Inn. To round out our whirlwind of activity, the next night, we drove to Stanwood and took in Christmas Beach and stayed at the Tulalip Resort! What a whirlwind, but so much fun! Christmas Day was special with Scarlett getting a Barbie jet, roller skates, Mermaid Barbie, light up shoes, and a new watch. So special! On Christmas Eve we were so happy to see Scarlett perform in the Christmas Choir! Nana came in on Christmas Day and we had a lovely dinner at Rainier Club.
