The last 9 months have been a complete whirlwind between the new house, massively difficult remodel project, Scarlett's growth and development, new job promotions, and honestly a lot of stress going on in this house!
I asked Andrew's parent's to come out from the East Coast to help us get some "to-do" list items off the list around the house, because it was all weighing heavily on us. They were a godsend for a week straight - organizing, decorating, hanging artwork, cleaning our garage from top to bottom, among countless other things. I could not be more grateful because my sweet OCD husband needed some relief! After a week of honey do lists, we all jumped in two cars and made our way down the Oregon Coast to Netarts Bay, just south of Tillamook. We nestled into a quaint condo on the beach and had a very low key week.
Netarts Bay is so quiet - not a lot of hustle and bustle. Just peace and tranquility. While we were there we enjoyed touring the Tillamook factory, having some wonderful meals, and really just enjoying family time. My mom also came up from Las Vegas to join us for the weekend - so it was great for Scarlett to be able to spend time with her Grandma and Grandpa Doran and Nana Nancy.
