Another transatlantic trip for Scarlett

Scarlett and my mom made their way with me across the Atlantic back to Brussels at the end of February. I had to go there for work and so, they made the journey with me. The good news is that my sister is also there and could help watch Scarlett while I was working all week.

They enjoyed long walks around Brussels and even a journey to Brugge. I am so grateful for my mom who is an avid traveler (always up for anything) and for my sister and brother-in-law for their help!! I definitely couldn't do these kind of work trips without them.

Here's are some snapshots of what they enjoyed while I was working away.

This is one of the main square's in Brussel's ... apparently there were some protesters while we were there.

This was our view from our hotel room - directly into the EU Parliament building:

My mom, sister, and brother-in-law took Scarlett to Brugge.

My brother-in-law, Harlan, took Scarlett on a little sightseeing tour.

The tour apparently included a trip to the Beer Museum :)

The Torture Museum was not a favorite of Scarlett's.
